NE hard pt 27.8 31.6

Measurements after lowering the radial hard points, so M1
was resting on pads which had been raised to touch M1.

Status 2009/08/19:

M1 aluminized at Sunnyside on 2009/08/14, after a delay
of a few days caused by small problems with the chamber.
EF picked up M1 with Robert Hyne at the wheel, arriving
just as Gary and Joe were starting to apply Opti-cote.
The mirror looked beautiful. Delivered M1 to basecamp
by about 5pm, left it there over the weekend, had it brought
up to the telescope on 2009/08/17. Glued NE and W axial hard-point
pucks with RTV and left it to cure overnight. In the cell and cell
mounted by 2009/08/18.

Status 2009/08/31:

Collimated 08/26 and acquired TWFS data, but later found M1 was not
seated properly. Adjusted radial actuators, axial hard points, Lou
Boyd restraints. M1 appears OK, but must redo collimation, weather
permitting.
