Performance of the 1.5m

The current slew rate is 0.8 deg/sec. We hope to be able to return to
the performance of
the old system, but we found issues at those rates. DFM is working
on tuning the new servo controls under the Galil system.
TG and EF measured the slew rates for the old system by slewing
from 4 hours in HA (AZ 90) to zenith and from 30 deg DEC (AZ 180)
to zenith.
In RA, the rate was 1.1 deg/sec. In DEC, the rate 0.9 deg/sec.
